The Roxburgh operates within a beautiful two-storey bluestone building which offers a unique experience for any function. The Roxburgh offers both indoor seating and alfresco dining catering for a maximum of 100 guests.
DOWNSTAIRS
UPSTAIRS
There are a number of rooms available upstairs which provide a relaxed atmosphere and privacy for your guests. (Seating capacity in any one room is 30 people.) The upstairs rooms are ideal for business meetings, conferences, dinner parties etc.
THE LANEWAY
Our private laneway offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of alfresco dining at the foot of our wood fired oven. Our bar and toilets are both easily accessible from this space.
The laneway is perfect for a cocktail function in the warmer months.
DOWNSTAIRS DINNING ROOM
The main dining room downstairs can be arranged to host any function. For larger groups utilising downstairs as well as the laneway creates the best of both worlds with indoor and outdoor dining.
Catering
Here at the Roxburgh we pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere that caters to your specific function requirements. We offer our guests the option of a sit down dinner, cocktail function, informal buffet style or a combination of the above. We have included below a sample of some of our popular function menus. We are happy to discuss variations of any of these menus and encourage you to speak to our Chef.

These are starting prices and some courses may be buffet style.
A deposit must be made at the time of the booking and is non refundable if the function is cancelled within 1 week of the scheduled function date.
The number of guests attending the function must be confirmed 4 days prior to the event. A minimum of 20 quests is required for any function at the Roxburgh.
Any dietary requirements should be explained when confirming the guest numbers.
We hold the right to cancel any events that don’t meet these requirements
Beverages
The Roxburgh is a fully licensed venue offering your guests an extensive drinks list. Drinks can be provided to your guests either on consumption from the bar at bar prices or prearranged by the bottle etc. We can forward to a drinks list upon your request. The Roxburgh operates with a standard on premise license which allow consumption of alcohol from 7am-11pm only. A request can be made 3 months prior to any function for an extension to this license if required.
